Plots 2 and 3 are a great example of making an enquiry on the properties early on in the build stages to contact and discuss with us about making internal changes to suit your needs.
The two internal layout plans below illustrates how we were able to reconfigure the internal layout to suit a client's needs. We were restrictive of having to use the existing door and window locations, heights etc of both semi-detached houses to save submitting a new planning application (and up to 9 months delay waiting for approval).
Plots 2 and 3 initially as semi-detached bungalows

Plot 2 below as it will be when completed

We managed to reconfigure the whole internal layout to provide the client with his own or shared special high specification kitchen and lounge area. The lounge still has level access into the garden areas through the Bi Folds. The larger main bedroom and client's bed is positioned facing the accessible gardens to the rear and with larger en-suite bathroom to include a rise and fall bath.
The bathroom and wetroom shower area is tiled (R11) and the shower area has a single fall and not quadruple falls like most wetrooms and a linear drain along the wall edge (ditto for the guest bathroom) . The single fall shower area provides more stability than the usual four fall method for a wheelchair (or mobile seating in this case) and presents an ultimate and stylish look instead of a hospital or clinic room image.
The client's bedroom is directly opposite a physio room for his recuperation exercises.
We keep the two main front entrances and where the support staff can use one and not disturb the client during visits from friends, family or others.
We have incorporated a support/OT staff mini office with room for a sofa bed or single bed and office desk etc. There is a double bedroom sized guest bedroom with own Bi Fold door access to the stunning garden area and a separate accessible bathroom for guests or support staff/OT to use.
The additional Utility kitchen has two built in washing machines, plenty of storage cabinets and high specification cooking facilities for guests/support staff/OT.
To ensure maximum flexibility and convenience, there is a central 1.2m wide corridor linking all rooms.
By early contact, we were able to make changes to the roof trusses to support extra loads of a track and hoist system. The House will feature a built in tracking/hoist system (supported on the trusses) that will only be partially used initially but built in now to future proof and save costs and hassle if it had to be retro fitted.
Note that all doors are 926mm wide and level thresholds, no steps or ramps anywhere and the rooms and door locations have still been designed for wheelchair access.

Cooking in the Symphony FREEDOM Kitchen couldn't be more enjoyable. Having brunch with friends at the breakfast bar or on the patio isn't a dream anymore but the great experience as it should be.

The rise and fall worktop with the Neff induction hob built in and other features such as waterfall edge worktops to limit spillages and heatproof reduced depth sink basins.

The kitchen CGIs are to provide a visual of the proposed layouts and whilst we try to show the kitchens in a layout as we propose to install them, they may not be the specific kitchen that has been chosen. Some room features (doors and windows) may not be accurate as the CGI's.
